I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Check-in was quick and easy. Spent only 20 minutes in the waiting room despite there being a large number of patients. I was pre-screened by an aide immediately after being called from the waiting room. I then went straight to Dr. Blehm. After his examination I saw another provider who checked my retinas. Then, I went back to Dr. Blehm to finish up my appointment. I was given my prescription and told I could take it anywhere to get it filled, but if I wanted to, I could look at their frame selection after checking out. I felt absolutely no sales pressure. And since my visit went so well, I decided to look at some frames. The woman at the counter was able to look up what my insurance covered (upon my request) and directed me to an area where frames that would be covered by my insurance were clearly labeled. I picked out a nice frame and got them ordered. There was no attempt at an "up-sell," again gratefully appreciated. Total time: 1hr. 20mins.
