I thought the entire experience was seamless. (Except) As I have not had an exam in 15 years, I was somewhat insulted that when one goes to an eye doctor, one would expect to be able to receive their corrective prescriptive requirement. Not have to pay additionally for it. To me, it's like purchasing a car, and then, after the transaction is complete being informed that I must then pay for the engine, additionally. It just seems a little sleazy to me, but, maybe that's just the way things have become (not only) in the medical world.

Most of my time was spent with a technician who gave me the uncomfortable feeling and impression that he was a novice. Also, I am accustomed to the doctor dilating my eyes, waiting for them to dilate and then proceed with testing and evaluating. After all the tests were done by the tech, I waited a while to see the doctor which I suppose is to be expected. There was very little dialogue between the doctor and myself. I offered some information but basically just got "everything looks fine but come back if this continues." Are there any doctors in private practice anymore?

Dr Greenbaum and his staff take all necessary precautions during these high alert health care situations. The eye exam was Thorough and not at all unpleasant. I didn’t feel any discomfort I didn’t feel rushed and any questions I had were addressed to my Satisfaction.
