I explained to Dr. Lanzano that I usually have low back pain from years of working out. He was very attentive as I was describing my troublesome areas. One of the best lumbar adjustments I have EVER received! Doc also recommended some great exercises I can do throughout the day! Highly recommend Dr. Lanzano!
