“Coward, classless”

Burton dumped me to another doctor with a flimsy excuse that she was "taking on different responsibilities" at the SE VA clinic, how can that be when she fails utterly to care for the patients she does have? Clueless, forgetful, bears watching at all times. Staff (Paula) rude, overweight, seemingly has mental problems she takes out on patients.
