The staff were very friendly, and the Technician who performed the test on my eyes was a new employee. I have a visual impairment, and the test was a little challenging. He asked an coworker fir help, and he took instruction very well, and seemed eager to learn. Dr D'Alterio is always the best! He is very kind, and has become very familiar with my visual condotion.condition. he takes his time and is very thorough.
