She makes easy to understand assessments, gives me clear options and carries out my wishes on the spot. For example, she found a suspicious area, explained my options, and carried out my wish to have it removed during that same visit. She called me with the results as soon as they were available and followed up with any additional questions I had. She's wonderful.
