Dr. Lopez is very nice and seems genuinely concerned, unless you have a diagnosis that doesn't fit the 'mold'. After hours of waiting (even with the first a.m. appointment I had to wait 2+ hours!) and then getting a little bit of an attitude when I said the new Rx she gave me just isn't working, I'm done.
