I had cataract surgery performed by Craig. He did a great job. Zero issues. Now have 20 20 vision in both eyes. No longer need prescription glasses or sunglasses. He’s very nice to work with and I continue using him for annual eye exams. I highly recommended him.

I knew immediately he understood my issues and I decided immediately to ask Dr. Richter to be my eye care provider going forward. A lot of information was given to me verbally, so it was a bit daunting to make any decisions. I will obtain more information before making informed decisions about my eye care. Overall, I believe I will be in good hands under Dr. Richter's direction.

I no longer believe that is the case. Despite those initial observations, i never was in doubt regarding Dr. Richter's professional skills and excellence in executing them in surgical procedures and office exams.

He is very good and thorough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. However the wait times are ridiculous. Schedule less appointments with greater time between. A 40 min wait when schedules as second person after lunch is not acceptable. Respect for patients time is also necessary

The woman does the work of two!! She is great! Also - I did not appreciate being challenged for an outstanding $15 co-pay immediately upon arrival. Patients, in the waiting area, did not have to overhear that conversation! Turns out that the invoice was received and returned by USPS the prior weekend. Training refresher in customer relations needed here. Last item - 60-minutes, from scheduled appointment time until I saw Dr. Richter, seemed a tad long.

I was prescribed a drop to use for 4 weeks (as an experiment) by Dr. Paolini on Jan 10. After 3 weeks, my eye was itchy and extremely uncomfortable. Sight MD gave me an immediate appointment with Dr. Richter on the day I called (Dr. Paolini was not working that day). Dr. Richter gave me sample steroid drops to use until my appointment with Dr. Paolini on Feb. 14. I felt relief after 1 day. Thanks Dr. Richter!

Office staff are friendly and efficient but the service is dreadful! It was necessary to call numerous times and wait up to 20 min for help! After requesting an appointment we were told the office would call! They never received the message! So unreliable that we’d prefer to go in person to cancel & reschedule!

Office staff are friendly and efficient but the service is dreadful! It was necessary to call numerous times and wait up to 20 min for help!
After requesting an appointment we were told the office would call! They never received the message! So unreliable that we’d prefer to go in person to cancel & reschedule!
