Love Dr Fishman. One of the best. She and her nurses are so so sweet and listen. Front office staff? Terrible. Makes me never want to come back. They are abrasive, cold and get overly frustrated. Customer service is hard and I have empathy for them. But I would repeat my questions and never get clear answers.
