My bite had deteriorated badly due to arthritis in my jaw. The choice was to have surgery or wear braces. I am almost ready to get my braces off. I can now chew on both sides of my mouth now and my teeth look amazing! I am glad I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Meyers and his staff. They were all amazing to work with and all of them were kind, understanding and professional. My advice to you, is don't wait if you need braces. You will be incredibly happy with the results.

My two main goals were to address reducing my migraines and eliminating the pain to a tooth post root canal. Both were successfully addressed. Dr. Meyers completed a very through assessment and informed me that he could half my migraine headaches (8 to 4 per month). With in 5 months I experienced this reduction. He was also successful in saving the tooth that was in constant pain post root canal using a custom made stent and paste that the only other option would have been extraction.

After having braces once, I had TMJ and a misaligned bite. Although I was hesitant to have adult braces, Dr Meyers was able to fix my alignment in around 10 months. Now my smile is straight and the jaw pain is gone!

My mandible was way out of line with my maxilla because on one side my mandible was not actually in the socket at the TMJ. Dr. Meyers had to move the mandible in a way so as to close the gap and bring it in line with the maxilla. He did this all without surgery, which, when you think about it, is pretty amazing. He also corrected an overbite that existed after the move was accomplished. Dr. Meyers is a genius at what he does!

I have had as good an experience as any 69-year-old can have. I fought going through this but it has been very successful. I had bad headaches at the beginning, which are completely gone at this point. My sleep problems remain but I have Parkiinsions and chronic fatigue so this problem is more complicated than my bite.
