I met Dr. Spey in 2004 she treated me for something medical as an emergency while my former dermatologist was away. I was truly in awe of how wonderful Dr. Spey was back then and how she continues to be until today. She is the best dermatologist in the tri-state area. Dr. Spey is one of the nicest, most caring practioners I have ever met. She takes her time and is thoughtful and conservative in her approach. She has really turned my skin around and I am so happy with the results -- similarly, both of my kids have made it through their teenage years with clear skin due to her care (and she took very different approaches with each according to their needs). Her office staff is very professional and responsive, and the on-staff facialist (Paula) is fantastic.

She explains all cosmetic procedures in depth and guides you in the right direction of what she can do to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. She is very honest and will tell you if a procedure will work for you or not. Dr. Spey and her staff are all wonderful, I have never encountered a more united office staff and they genuinely appreciate each other.
