His knowledge is over the top. He has an amazing bedside mannor: listens well; never, ever rushes through appointments; explains things clearly without making you feel stupid; is patient, gentle, funny and really cares. He is the only doctor I want treating my injuries. I recommed an early AM appt if you are on a time crunch. Because he is so thorough, and because of the complexities of injuries he might see during the day, you could end up waiting a while to get in to the exam room.
