What an AMAZING Doctor!
I met Dr Portugal in the same day surgery area for my Lap Band procedure. I have to say, I have never met a Dr. with such an amazing bedside manner. He made me feel secure in my decision to go ahead with the surgery and assured me that everything would go smoothly. I will always remember what he said while I was waiting "Don't you worry, you leave the worrying to me".
