“Sweet, Caring and Experienced ”
Dr. Brown is the best medical professional I've seen in a while. Though, he visits do tend to involve a bit of a wait, I am immediately resolved when I see Dr. Brown. She listens to me and really cares. There was no problems with billing matters. Very professional.
My initial interaction with Dr. Brown was pleasant enough. My problem started after my appointment. I had only gone to Dr. Brown for a preventative screening at my insurer's request. I started receiving lab bills, so I called the lab. They gave me what information they could but suggested that I contact my insurer. When I contacted my insurer I was told that a number of test that were done wasn't covered under preventative. I contacted Dr. Brown's office to inform her of my situation. She seemed to be less than receptive to my needs, she instructed one of her office personnel to have me fax over a copy of the bills and that she would resubmit the claim. Needless to say that I have been trying get some cooperation from Dr. Brown to have this matter resolved. I've spoken with others in her office but she is very elusive. This has been going on for almost six months. I am to the point of frustration. I feel like no one cares.
