At previous cosmetic offices, I did not always feel heard or respected, or like I was being pushed to make purchases , but did not feel this way at Lyos. I felt heard, respected, and was always greeted in a friendly manner. I did not experience long wait times and would be taken in early if I arrived sooner, which I appreciated. I was given clear and concise instructions for post-op care. I followed those instructions to the letter and my recovery went excellently. His staff answered all my questions whenever I called. I have been seeing Dr. Lyos for Botox for years. 12 years after my initial breast augmentation, I was finally ready for replacement of my implants, preferably without a lift. Admittedly, after several consultations, including with the Surgeon who completed my initial surgery, I decided I trusted Dr. Lyos above all. The amount of knowledge, information and options I was given solidified the amount of trust I had. I wanted to correct asymmetry and a loss of fullness experienced after the body changes I went through after having my daughter 9 years earlier. I also have scoliosis which seems to contribute to the asymmetry significantly. Dr. Lyos and his staff were very honest regarding the challenges I could face and gave me several options to get to where I wanted to be.
