“BAD BUSINESS”
Doctor was 45 minutes and delayed scheduled surgery. Saw him for a total of 5 minutes, enough to sign forms. EIGHT months after surgery, I received a bill from Dr. Lee. All other bills were sent and paid within two months of service, as I was using a flex spending account. I called the billing company and received a 20% discount. I received another bill after sending a letter to the doctor and the discount was not reflected. I called the billing company again and was rudely told that if I make payments, they will send me to collections. I have been treated very poorly and would NEVER recommend doing business with this doctor, as he has incompetent staff working in his billing department. I understand business is not taught in medical school, but you would think he would be smart enough to hire business staff.
