“Great doctor, front office staff is so-so”
2 top neurology docs told me nothing they could do to help; my spine and neck issues don't allow for surgery - nothing there to work with - so I was referred to Dr. Meador. For the last 3 years I have received trigger point injections, numbing procedures and radio frequency nerve ablation. I am so grateful. I have been helped immensely and will continue to see her. She is not a pill doctor and don't bother going if you don't pay your bills. Only complaint is that her front office staff is rather cold and unfriendly, both in person and on the phone. The opposite can be said for Dr. Meador and her RNs.
Referred to Dr Meador by my PCP. Waited 9weeks for them to call with an appointment. this never happened. Finally called the office myself to set an appointment 10/10. Was advised they would not see me for lack of insurance. Self pays pay more than insurance anyway! I asked for advice on an alternate Dr. The person who answered to phone said try the ER. Sounds like the insurance money is more important than helping people. Don't bother to call this office unless you have insurance. Doe...
