I would like to mention that upon entering the office complex I was directed to sit in the waiting area to the right of the check in area. I questioned this as there was just one seat open at that time in that area and no one was seated in the area to the left of the check in area. I was told the reason for this as this was the area in which I would hear my name called, which seemed reasonable to me. However...within a short period of time almost every person seated in the same area as I was taken back to examining rooms leaving just me and one other patient in the area to the right. But...a woman walked in with two teenagers and were directed to the completely empty area to the left. As it was, they left the office facility within ten minutes!!! Since the names called could be heard in the silence of the waiting area, I'm curious as to the rationale of being directed to sit in the same area as several patients when the other area was completely void of any patients.
