Plunged in a deep depression, I went to Dr. Zerla. He asked questions, listened to my answers, then explained for instance that my craving for complex carbohydrates was caused by low level of serotonin in my brain. He gave me a SSRI med. prescription that would take a few days to feel its effect. He also gave me a med. to fall asleep at night. He strongly advised that I see a therapist as chemotherapy + talk is more effective. Only after 2 days on chemotherapy alone, I came back to life!
