My provider was very nice , and attentive. I made the appointment by accident thinking it was a different ENT I previously went to and hated! So when I got there to realize I wasn’t at the same facility I was relieved just hoping I didn’t get a bad experience like the other doctor. And to my surprise my doctor was lovely, and he wasn’t so rough on the body that was in pain. He also took his time. A very good experience I recommend !

Upon arriving we were immediately acknowledged and made to feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and very caring. My son was in excruciating pain and was experiencing dizziness. The staff was so very very nice. Our doctor was also wonderful. I have to say our visit was one of the best visits to any doctors office. Thank you for having a great staff.

When making an appointment, the person I spoke to went out of her way to find me an appointment in a shorter time frame because I was going on vacation and did not want to have an ear issue on the plane. I was able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time so I waited a fairly short amount of time in the waiting room. I was taken in and seen by the doctor who listened to me carefully, and then asked me some questions and did an examination of my ears. He then treated my issue and sent me in for a hearing test. The doctor then went over everything with me and went over my after care plan. I had a great experience and will recommend the office to anyone in need.

I have been going to Dr. Greenfield for years. The office was 5 minutes away from me, he recently moved about 1/2 hour away but I would never find another Dr. That is closer, so make the trip!

I'm so grateful to Dr. Greenfield for cleaning my ears! He was patient, gentle, and skillful. Sometimes, I feel discomfort from the vacuum probe. But with Dr. Greenfield, I was totally at ease. I also appreciated that he was friendly. Moreover, he encouraged me to continue my home maintenance of using hydrogen peroxide every few weeks. Plus, when he finished the procedure, he asked if I needed help exiting the chair. Since I'm disabled, I was quite moved by his kindness. The entire experience with Dr. Greenfield was wonderful! I was told to come in 15 min early of my appt to fill out registration. I came in 22 minutes early and was told I’m too early and that I need to leave and come back. Ridiculous. I come back and fill out forms and wait and wait. Meanwhile there are other patients who come in and have to argue with staff. After waiting 30 min passed my appt time I ask how much longer and the women looks toward the back and says, “oh, room’s free”. I get sent in about 5 min later. Doctor was fine and person doing hearing test were fine. I did tell Greenfield of my experience. He thanked me for the info. Leaving, I stop at desk for my paperwork and info on Garden City office. They can’t find it. It’s now 12:40. I’m late for another appt. I tell them that. They just look at me. I tell them to just give me my paperwork and I’ll look up info on GC office. Before I left I did tell the people at the desk that they were totally unprofessional and a mess. I will never go back to that office. 1 1/2 hrs-nuts!
