“Dr. Brian Higa reigns supreme”

While I don't like handing out 5 stars for any service, I see no way around it in this case. Dr. Brian Higa and his staff deserve the 5 star rating for exceeding my expectations on every count. The staff is friendly without being intrusive, the quality of diagnosis excellent, and the waiting time is certainly reasonable (thought I make it a practice to book early in the morning when seeing any medical professional.
