“Had to pay for mole removal that didn't work”
My usual doctor was not in and I was very concerned about a mole on my back that looked unusual, so I saw Dr Ehlert. The mole turned out to be benign. Dr. Ehlert supposedly used liquid nitrogen to remove the mole, but nothing happened. It looks exactly the same as before. I have catastrophic insurance, so must pay for this myself and am unhappy to pay for something that didn't work.
