The clever schizo-affective personality & bipolar disorder I found on my MD's record 2 days after visiting the doctor would have been convincing had I actually filled my head with the free samples of anti-psychotic given to me as prescribed "for sleep", in conjunction with a sleeping pill from St. Francis taken 13 hours earlier. A 5 week wait for a visit having a heavy diagnosis and head full of anti-psychotics scheduled 48 hours before seeing my regular doctor is fascination with personal cred...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
"Dr" Nolan should go back to "practicing" medicine. I'm so glad I got out alive!

Dr Nolan has helped me in so many ways when I felt like giving up. Like any doctor that is trying to help, there's trial and error. It's the point that he continues to search for best solution. Like many people with mental illness, I was lazy and at times didn't want to do my part. I respect that he told me that this is my responsibility and if I don't take care of myself, I can't be there for my family, work, personal life. Although it was hard hearing it, I knew he was right. He can't hel...

This doctor did not diagnose/treat his patient with a long standing mental illness. His (lack of) treatment reaulted in tragic consequences.

This provider was satisfactory as long as I was stable. When I became severely depressed, not responding well to outpt. treatment or current meds, he withdrew treatment. He said I'm "too sick" for him to be responsible for my care and insists on referring me to "community based mental health resources". I guess when the going gets tough, the tough get going! Is this what they are teaching in the Air Force and in war these days...abandon your patient when he/she needs you most? I hope nobody i...

Dr. Nolan seriously needs to go back to medical school and residency, because I am truly worried that he doesn't seem to even know basic medical facts/knowledge. I asked him several questions about my disorder, medications, etc. He said that my medications wouldn't interact with ANY other medications at all. NOT true my friend. When I received my medications from the pharmacy, it listed multiple interactions. He put me on Seroquel and Clonidine (among others) and my blood pressure plummeted!! I ...

His lack of knowledge of my illness and inappropriate (lack of treatment) nearly cost me my life. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

This is a young doctor who cares about his patients. However, his approach doesn't always convey that. He needs to be a better listener, and encourage collaborative therapeutic relationships with his patients.
