A recent ER visit had me a little startled with a pneumonia diagnosis. The doctor was clear in his explanation, took the time to look at me (the patient) in the eye when telling me what was going on, and stopped his busy ER activity to answer my questions. Much appreciated to be treated with professionalism and kindness!
