The "girls" have to have their lunch time, so "urgent" matters as interpreted by the receptionist, cannot be passed on to the nurses, otherwise viewed as "girls", so beware if you have an emergency, such as being out of town, or questions about symptoms. Also, this doctor and office is uniformed about how to write prescriptions for federally controlled medications, and faxed prescriptions that needed hard copies, thus delaying receipt of the needed medication.
