“Insightful, helpful, and kind”
We worked with Dr Yackley both face-to-face and remotely - now that we are across the country. Her insights into our situation were clear and practical. She was responsive and supportive when we were frustrated with our progress (rephrased, when I was feeling frustrated with my progress). We felt heard and she helped us over the rough patches. The results have been extraordinary. I can't adequately express the appreciation I have for Dr. Yackley.
I saw Dr. Cassie Yackley for help with my child. Though she was knowledgeable about my child's diagnosis (Asperger's), she was very, very unempathic, and said things that were hurtful during sessions. She is determined about her own perspectives, and lacks any softness, warmth, or kindness. I would NOT recommend this therapist - EVER.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Yackley. She was late to our appointments (child sick, etc), and seemed disinterested in our experiences. She was good at assessing our child, but not sensitive to our feelings or needs. We would not recommend her.
