I have been going to Dr. Winternitz for 10 years and every single time he sees me he asks if its my first time coming to him. I understand forgetting who your patients are but he could at least look at my chart before entering the room. He's the only one who's written in it for the last 10 years! He never knows whats wrong with me, it's either "just one of those unexplainable things" or he refers me to someone else.
