I found out form my primary care doctor that Dr Kroustos did not document my medication changes in my chart. Then, I learned that it was office policy to wait two weeks to review blood work, even when I called and stated I did not feel well. I thought this was an oversight the first time it happened. The second time I called, and it took neerly 3 weeks to get results.
