“great surgeon”
he repaired my charcot foot, just had my external fixator removed 4 months ago. the address on this site is wrong though, i was hoping he was at that address but i had to go to his queens office- short trip was well worth it. i recommend him to anyone. search his name on the internet you can find his website there are tons of interesting things there, i found him this way also.
saw him at queens office. had a fusion of a bunch on joints.. same experience as others on here. he was great even came out to my house during the snow storm when i couldnt get out in my wheelchair. wife is also getting her bunion done next month. i recommend him without reservation!

very good experience. severe foot deformity, went to local hospitals and HHS. was seen at mayo years ago all told me to get amputation. Dr. Gitlin operated, no incision made, iliazarov external fixator straigtened my foot with no big incisions. 3 years after surgery i go in to office to say hi as much as i can, on both feet.i didnt see him at office posted above ill post his address i think it was on 92 st and park ave. was hard to find until i realized the entrance was separate from the actual building on park ave. his website is lowerextremity.com im pretty sure if i remember correctly.

great bedside manner. had big resection of malignant tumor not much was left to work with . was told to get below knee amputation. Dr. Gitlin grew out bones in my foot, foot looks almost normal. no pain. walk as i did before. thankful for everything. would recommend him to anyone at anytime.
