He is pretty gentle with bad news and is a good listener, not only does he try his best to make the most accurate diagnosis he also doesn't try to convince you like a sales person would to do things. He corrects people when they make a mistake and fail to apologize and he takes it upon himself to take care of you. The funniest thing is he talks fast and sometimes runs out of breath but he is super polite and always waits to see if you have questions before he begins to explain what else ...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
