“Didn't care to review or discuss details of my condition”
Dr. Farris ignored my history information I had completed before my visit as well as the referral from my PCP. I don't know what he thinks my rash is, but he gave me 4 different perscriptions for it. He was in such a hurry, I didn't even get to ask about the two guesses he had or the medications. He didn't even examine my condition thoroughly.
