I would have preferred full explanation on the full benefits of all the meds, and a demo about what each endo and blood work did to augment my chances of success. Patient should be given the opportunity to view the thawed embryo via a microscope. I recommend a thoroughly invasive or laparoscopic microscope with 3D sonogram or ultra sound in real living color to be designed, manufactured and distributed at an affordable cost to all reproductive clinics throughout the world. This will enable both patients and doctors to see the embryo fully. This invention will change the future of IVFs! No caffeine, alcohol and drugs is well in order. Thanks.

amy was my nurse. she helped me relieve so much stress. she always answered promptly and had a smile on her face. ching mae was very helpful and knowledgable. moffit was quit but i trusted his expierence and he knows his stuff. jahaira and ashley were my fav ma's. i was a hard stick and they both were so patient and kind. they helped relieve my anxiety when i would come in. i didnt spend too much time with moffitt, most of my expierence was with his team. but the interactions i had were good, he is very knowledgeable. fingers crossed our baby sticks.

We have nothing but good things to say about ARMS. We struggles with infertility and 2 miscarriges. Dr Moffitt made it clear that this was our best chance to bring a baby to full term. There were some mix-ups with the transfer timeline instructions. Important steps like having a full bladder for the transfer were omitted. The head nurse does have a great attitude, though. The portal has improved communication with the staff. The new ultrasound technician Holly is very friendly and patient to answer all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable during the transfer process. Signing the documents electronically was super convenient! Customer service at the front desk could be better.

We wished we had known our proivder a bit more personally however the COVID-19 limitations are understandable and we are sure some individuals might prefer solely phone consultations. Staff was great - responsive and timely in doing so.

Happy to have already had one success with Baby # 1 Monroe and our very excited we got our boy embryo this go around. Staff was great and even helped us with Medication pick up. Very professional and would recommend ARMS to anyone using IVF. Makes sure you do the embryo testing as well. Totally worth it to know if you are putting in your best embryo!!!

We didn't have any bad experiences with Dr. Moffitt. He's clearly educated and experienced and was thorough in his explanations to any questions or doubts that we had. The only concerns we had was in dealing with the staff around Dr. Moffitt. We have been disrespected and on several occasions kept out of the loop. I know this was due in part to Gail's unexpected departure but eveything before and after that has still left us scratching our heads and wondering why such a prestigious clinic that comes highly awarded and recommended can allow unprofessional discourteous staff to deal with patients. If patients are spending anywhere from 10-20+ thousands to build a family, you would think it comes with an experience that matches the price tag. Again, Dr. Moffitt was exactly the doctor we need to build our family. But, if i didn't completely trust him and already have my other embryos with his labratory, I would've left months ago to another clinic where we would be respected by the staff.

Going through the IVF expeirence is scary, but Dr. Moffitt along with his entire team made sure that there was no doubt that we were doing the correct thing. I've never gone through an experience with a medical provider that has ever taken the time to call me on their own time to make sure i was doing okay physically along with mentally regarding our IVF process. If I had any questions at all I knew i could reach out to the team and i would hear back from someone by the end of the day no matter what! I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Mofitt and his team.

Let me start this review by saying how much we are grateful to Dr. Moffit and entire staff for becoming the support system in this journey. I guess everybody talks about his excellent practice but what made Dr. Moffit special to us was his patience (especially for clueless people like us). He will patiently answers and explain everything in the process so calmly which gives hope/courage/comfort/confidence to patients. My husband & I were trying to conceive for 5 years, during that time we had seen 3 infertility clinics. Dr.Moffitt & Dr.Nelson are the only reason why we were able to get pregnant. Their staff is a completely amazing & offer 24/7 service. Dr. Moffett himself was even accessible if needed by cell phone anytime. They gave clear breakdowns of when to take medication, how to do it & made sure I had a complete understanding of the process. Don't waste your time with any other office!

Within 6 months from walking through the front door, our gestational carrier is now 8 weeks pregnant and we have 8 more perfect embryos frozen for future children! 6 months!!! Being a Navajo woman, I wanted a big family. I did everything right, got my BA/MA, got a job, and got married. After being blessed with one pregnancy, I experienced numerous losses, also known as secondary infertility. Then I found a small glimmer of hope with IVF and was so fortunate to have found ARMS after meeting with many other providers. After having my first appointment with Dr. Moffitt, I am very pleased. He listened to my history in detail, and never made me feel lesser as other providers have. Also an enormous thank you to Cynthia. She was incredibly helpful for two days making sure my partner and I had everything filled out and squared away with our insurance.
