I've seen Dr Elizabeth for ~5 years, and after each visit I tell myself never again. We need a new PCP. The wait time in the not so busy office is 30 + minutes, the receptionist staff is very rude to patience, short and snippy to everyone that walks in and registers. Her nurse is very nice and helpful, which makes you feel comfortable until Dr Gibbons walks into the room.
While she does spend a significant amount of time in the room (updating your file), her ability to think outside of the PDR or what she gets off her tablet is off putting. I can google my symptoms and come up with better analysis than she can. There are other options besides pharmaceuticals.
In a medical town like RDU where great doctors are on every corner, I strongly suggest you shop around as there are better Dr's at the CVS/Walgreens minute clinics. Don't waste your time like I did.
