“NOT professional style”
Office told me they took my program of cigna, and in fact they do not. Then they would not put the splint on my hand unless I paid them $284.00 more. I had already paid $50.00 for a copay, and was already seen. This mis-communication cost me time and aggravation, and I had to find a different doctor, who did take my insurance, Dr. Ouellette didn't seem too concerned that I was so inconvenienced, either. I saw only her Nurse practitioner, and I was also told I would be seeing both of them, so. another miscommunication. Also, the office reception girl was rude, in not assisting me, she acted like she was just annoyed that something wasn't working, and she might have to put some effort to fix it. How rude.
