I came in for a second opinion (outside of my insurance network) and now understand the cause of my pain. Dr. Costache answered all of my questions and demonstrated proper placement of met pads, proper taping of 2nd toe, and proper technique for calf stretches. He also provided an orthotic option to hopefully avoid surgery. Thank you so much!
