I live in South Orange County, which is 50 miles away from Dr. Matsunaga's office. Being discouraged by some of the urologists in South O.C., I heard about Dr. Matsunaga and thought I'd give him a try, even though he's over 50 miles away from where I live. The results are that I couldn't be happier. First, he's very caring and considerate. He speaks with you as a caring doctor - no arrogance at all. He's very knowledgeable and articulates very well. I've had three surgeries with him and all were successful. He's definitely worth the drive.

Meeting Dr. Matsunaga and going throgh the Uro Lift procedure has improved my quality of life tremendously. I use to get up 2 to 4 times with meds. Dr. Matsunaga is my Urologist. When I was experiencing pain in my kidney, he was able to diagnose kidney stones immediagtely. Within two days, the Dr. initiated lithotripsy......removal of the kidney stone at Torrance Memorial in the OR. Within 30 minutes I was pain free. One week after the procedure, I remain pain free and in great spirits. Dr. Matsunaga has excellent personal interaction ......and without reservation highly recommend the Dr. for Urology health care.
