They are always prepared for my appointment and I normally don't have a long wait. The staff (excluding the nurses) does not always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I have a billing issue I have called them about 5 times and they still have not called me back. I do not feel the problem was caused by me yet they do not seem willing to assist me in resolving the issue.
