Had ra for 18 years. Different meds etc. There is no cure and so the patient and dr relationship has to be open. You have to listen to him because hes a dr but at the same time it is your body and you come to know what works and what doesnt so the dr also has to listen to you. Dr geslani does that. This is a life long disease and everyone is different dr geslani understands that. Thumbs up!

I am a little confused between what the doctor said, and the report. He told me that my osteoporosis had gotten worse and that I needed to do weight-bearing exercises. Been on the sheet that describes my bone density test, there is a sentence that says compared to the BMD of prior exam, there has been an increase in bone density,. so if I am worse, I would think that would say a decrease in bone density instead of an increase. So I’m a little confused with this after getting home and reading through the whole report.

When I made lab apt, told could come in anytime between 8:30 and 3:00 on a Tuesday. Then got text over weekend that I had a 9:30AM apt & it would be cancelled if I didn’t confirm. I had a 12:30 appointment with another doctor so I had to make two trips to N Arlington because no one at RA would call me back. Very frustrating.

Since working with him over the past couple of years I am able to move and experience the basic joys of life once again. I feel very confident under the care of Dr Geslani. My only complaint is when you call the office and leave messages they don't return your calls and a prompt manner or even at all. The receptionist told me I could call her and she would answer a number that she gave me and that never happened I was a little disappointed by that. Since then I have sent a message through my patient portal to Dr. Geslani and he did respond there so I'm glad about that.
