“Great communicator but really bad service”
Saw Dr. Poorsattar twice. Took 3 phone calls to the office to get my bloodwork prescription. Kept saying it was in the mail. Never came. They finally called it into the lab themselves. This took two weeks. Did labwork and ultrasound. Called 3 times to get results. Was finally told I had to make an appointment to get the results. So I did.
Waited in the reception area for about 15 minutes before being pulled back to the exam room. Two other patients walked in after that. Waited another 20 minu...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
