I absolutely LOVE Dr. Snead! He has done for me in only months what I've been struggling with for YEARS!!! His diet may sound like it could be really hard, but it's relatively easy! Just keep your eyes on the prize of looking and feeling great and Dr. Snead will get you there! He's blunt and honest, but why sugar coat the ugly truth? I recommend him to anyone trying to lose any weight! I know that just about anyone can do this diet! If I can, then I know anyone can!
