“Not helpful- Understaffed”

When I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone did not ask if I was sick or what my medical problem was. In fact, her attitude seemed to be that I was lucky she would let me have an appointment! Two weeks later, I go to my 11am.I was not seen until after 1pm. I disliked the receptionist calling me "sweetie". I don't know her. I felt disrespected. My time, apparently, is not as valuable as theirs. I used to go to this doctor but stopped when I became extremely frustrated. The doctor had no problem telling me it was difficult to palpate my uterus because I was fat, but she didn't me any assistance or diet counseling. Wait times in for appointment were ridiculous, so I always asked for the earliest appointment. Her response to chronic pain was to put me on Paxil, and when I reported issues with sexual response she shrugged and asked me I wanted her to do. Made me wonder if she was gett...
