I have been seeing Dr. Parmele for 13 years now, and I can tell you that he is an exceptional doctor who has maintained his personal humility - he's very down to earth, polite, caring, personable, and has your best interests in mind. I have been in and around the medical community for nearly three decades, and when I visit his office, I tend to affirm his staff's choice of employers... and the atmosphere in both clinic and procedure area shows as everyone seems pretty relaxed and happy. The nursing staff and surgical staff are well trained, caring and compassionate. If you're looking for a pain specialist for injections, and or pain medication management, I would recommend Dr. Parmele or anyone else on his team of physicians and nurse practitioners. The culture of practice under his leadership is difficult to come by. I travel over 1,000 miles each way to continue seeing him; that in itself should speak volumes.

I had a compression fracture, which led my PCP referring me to Ipsine. Dr. Parmele took his time to listen to my concerns and accurately diagnosed me. I had a Kyphoplasty, which has improved my painful symptoms.
