“Avoid at all cost with this workerscomp doctor”
The worst doctor i have ever seen in my life and i was in the army this guys only concern is to give the workerscomp insurance carrier what they want to tell them theres nothing wrong with youOriginal review on DoctorsDig.com
I have been nothing but impressed with his demeanor. He is very willing to work with me and my requests NOT to be dulled by narcotics...we have worked with non-narcotic meds and he has been ably handling my case for over a year now. Am I 100% pain free 100% of the time? No, but Dr Hazelwood is always concerned about me and how I am feeling, and works to change meds to make me feel as good as possible...if you are looking for a pill dispensory, keep looking, but if you want a caring, professional...
