I have had prostate problems for over 10 years. Lately the associated conditions have deteriorated rapidly with frequent urination and urinary accidents. After my last visit Dr. Kaufman put me on a ciprio regimen and was told to drink 2 qts. of liquid, take nightly warm baths and have frequent sex.
He said to call if conditions worsened and to come back in 2 months. (at last two visits no anal examinations were given)
