Dr. Linder got me running again after a back surgery. I wasn't able to run more than 1/2 mile for almost two years and he provided adjustments, take home exercises and guidance to get me back on the road. I have a pretty active lifestyle and hurt things from time to time. Whenever I come back, Dr. Linder assesses the issue, explains what happened and fixes the problem. Today I came in because I was having lots of pain while sitting. It turned out to be a locked extension of my left SI joint due to a broken, uneven bike seat I had been riding on for longer than I should have. Dr. Linder explained what happened, did an adjustment and gave me an exercise to help mobilize the joint at home or when it starts acting up again. I recommend him to everyone.

I like the central location of the office is and how friendly Jeff is (I even got to know his mother-in-law who volunteered at the office for awhile). I've been with him for years, and he's tailored the adjustments specifically for my spine/ailments. I also like his continuance and dedication to honing his craft. I'd recommend him to anybody.

From day one he was able to isolate the issues I was having and sent me a follow-up email immediately after our first consultation describing the symptoms I was having. Not only did he adjust my neck and back, he also gave me advice on how to improve my posture form at the gym. I've been coming to Dr. Linder for months now and will definitely be continuing my treatments with him in the future.

After injuring my back while working out, a friend recommended I visit Dr. Linder. The injury seemed serious. I had pain shooting down my leg. I could not sit for more than 5 minutes without shifting in my seat. I couldn't bend over without extreme pain. If I walked too quickly, sometimes my leg felt like it was going to give out. I saw him 3 times the first week. The pain improved with each adjustment. By the middle of the second week I had days were I felt like I had never been injured but other days when I was still very sore and it was uncomfortable to sit. I was able to resume working out, albeit with lighter weight. Several hours after the final adjustment of the second week, I was completely pain free. I was back in the gym pain free. Sitting pain free. Bending and walking pain free. The following day I squatted again, slowly building up to significant (but not maximum) weight and had no issues during or after the workout. I woke up the next day feeling great and had no trace of the back pain I had suffered with the prior 2.5 weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
