I am the type of person who does not settle for adequate, I want the best. The best husband, I want the best OBGyn, the best dentist, the best doctor and when you have breast cancer the best breast specialist! Dr. Pollock is that doctor. Do yourself a favor - ignore any of these negative comments about Dr Pollack and get an appointment to see her! You will be amazed at her compasssion and concern for each and every patient she has. I was diagnosed in January 2011. After my first consult with a surgeon I decided that MD Anderson was the place to be. Well after waiting almost a MONTH to get an appt to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I was treated as a number there, not a patient. Distraught I searched onlin...
