Was a very good experience.she was very clear in explaining what was wrong then preceeded to unclog my ears. It didn't hurt just a loud sound to take out the wax.then proceeded to do hearing test.all went well. The next appt would be in 6 months.will call me then. All was good

I literally walked into the office around 3:30pl with a severe headache and congestion. I asked the receptionist if there was any doctor available to see me. She said Dr. D’Elia was still there but needed to ask her if she would see me. Lucky for me, Dr. D’Elia was nice enough to see me literally “off the street”. Her bedside manner is second to none.. She listened to my symptoms and checked me. Then advised me to use a new nasal spray and gave me antibiotics. I was so thrilled that she agreed to see me as I was in anguish. She is a GEM!!
