Dr. Joel Cohen has demonstrated negligence in monitoring an elderly patient's medication and failed to professionally manage the patient's health care issues. Moreover, Dr. Cohen neglected to respond in a timely manner to numerous messages left by a physician, the patient's family members, and staff at the patient's assisted living facility.
