Dr. East and his staff are a blessing for my 64 year old back and neck. I was told I should consider surgery 20 years ago. But Dr. East developed a pain management plan for me that allows me to maintain my active lifestyle without being operated on! This summer I was rear ended by an 18-Wheeler while I was sitting still. I herniated disks in my neck and lower back. I am in my upper 40s, but extremely active in Brazilian Jiujitsu. I am also a nurse and neck and back pain are extremely debilitating for me. I went to Dr. East and he has been outstanding! While we are still working on the issue, I feel much better! His office staff, the Nurse Practitioner, Sylvia Flores-Bugarin have all been fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. East!

I first went to Dr .East with severe Lumbar and Thoracic pain. I was missing a lot of work , not sleeping well and in constant pain. This is my follow-up review , about 2 months after having a Rhizotomy (burning away nerves) The first few days after the procedure , the pain would fade out sometimes, but then come back. After about 10 days the pain went away. Completely. The entire experience, with Dr. East and his wonderful staff was just great ! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up !

All of the providers at Addison Pain have gone above and beyond for me! I cheered my entire life and about a year ago experienced chonic low back pain. I came to Addison Pain and completed a lumbar MRI and found out I had a tear in my disc at L3/L4 which was causing pain across my low back, wrapping around my waist, into my groin and leg. Last June, I had PRP (platelet rich plasma) injected into my torn disc, in hopes to help heal the tear. Knowing that PRP takes at least 90 days to start working, I didn't lost hope. It was right at the 3 month mark that I was standing in my best friend's wedding and it dawned on me that I wasn't experiencing low back pain! I feel as though every day, my low back has gotten better. I still modify some workouts just to be safe but I will be repeating PRP soon to continue to help with the healing process! I can not recommend Dr. East and Addison Pain enough. Regenerative medicine is the way to go! SO happy I found Dr. East!

I was in a car accident yesterday and went to the ER, they were not help. I was referred to Dr. East by a family friend and Sylvia took great care of me. I walked in not able to turn my head from side to side and barely walk. Before I left the office I could turn my head with ease and my back already felt so much better. The injections she did really helped the pain I had in my neck and lower back. I will be back to see Sylvia and can only say great things about the overall experience.

I needed to be seen quickly because my hip was hurting out of nowhere to the point I was almost unable to walk. They were able to get me an appointment with Sylvia within a 2 days and she was able to schedule my MRI, give me an adjustment and also did injections in my hip and back at my first visit. I was still in pain for about 2 days, but she warned me about that. After the 3rd day I am having ZERO pain. Thank you Sylvia and Addison Pain for relief!!

Dr. Sylvia was able to give me injections that helped a few days and then Dr. East did an injection that removed ALL of my pain. I do not have any restrictions or lack of mobility now. Dr. East was so cheerful and kind and even though I was nervous, he made it quick & painless. Making my appointment was fast, Shannon was able to get me in the next day to see Dr. Sylvia because I had already taken off work and then Bri got my insurance to tell me what amount they would cover. Other than my deductible it was all covered by insurance. So thankful that I found a doctors office that really want to care for the whole patient and I know if I need anything else this is the place I will be going.

He is also very knowledgeable and can pinpoint where pain is coming from very quickly. I had cervical rediculopathy and after having surgery, have had chronic pain in my neck and upper back. It's nice feeling like a person instead of just another customer, which is not a relationship I can share with many of the doctors I've seen in my life. I have undergone, among other things, rhizotomies (sp?) and always they are quick to check up on me and make sure I'm healing okay. I have moved since I began treatment here, and its now a 150 mile drive each way, and I have absolutely no qualms about it. I was able to be seen within a couple days and saw Sylvia Bugarin, she was able to do trigger point injections at my first visit. When I came back a few days later she did another set of injections because I was only about 75% better. The second injection completely restored my ability to move my arm. I have not had any pain since but continue to see her for chiropractic adjustments and that is helping me so much! The office and all of the providers are so informative and tell you exactly what is going on in the body and teach you how to exercise so you keep yourself strong.

I was diagnosed with a massive herniated disk about four weeks ago by my Dr. I was in really bad pain and could not wait another week or two to get the epidural shot in his office and he recommended me to Dr East. The office got me in first thing Monday morning and had me scheduled for the procedure the next day. He has literally changed my life and saved my marriage! He is brilliant! I had mentioned, jokingly, something about my husband and he brought up the A-MAZING O shot. I was immediately on board because I knew I needed it. It took about 6 weeks to kick in (he told me it wasn't instant) but OMG when it did, it was THE game changer. I saw Sylvia and Dr. East because I was unable to turn my neck and the pain was going down into my shoulder. I was having 2-3 migraines a week. It was making it almost impossible to drive or lift things. Sylvia was able to give me an adjustment and she put some trigger point injections in my neck. After the first visit my migraine was better and gone the next afternoon. After 3 visits my neck was moving like normal again. There is nothing like getting back to normal and knowing that if it returns I can be scheduled for an injection in my neck with Dr. East and that I do not have to just live with migraines or lack of mobility!

I cannot recommend Dr. East enough for anyone suffering back pain like I did. I have a herniated disk and arthritis throughout my back, which made standing and sitting still a nightmare. Dr. East took the time to explain every detail, including the specific problems with my spine, how they had developed, and how his treatments would address the issues I had. I've had numerous facet joint injections, which have provided me with a good deal of relief, and have improved my ability to go about my daily life as a student and at work. Dr. East and his team have kept my personal well-being at the center of my treatment. After seeing spine specialist's in Colorado, Nevada and then after my move to Texas over a 20+ yr period Dr East was the one who was able to find and treat the root of my injury which i received from a racing accident.
