I came to Rhino Chiropractic for preventative pregnancy care, and Dr. John was so welcoming and experienced with prenatal care. I have had an easy pregnancy so far, which I credit, at least in part to my biweekly adjustments as well as the Webster technique performed by Dr. John which helped make more room for the baby in my pelvic area.

I'm so happy that I trusted Dr. John Gehnrich and his team. I had been dealing with back pain that traveled down my leg, and am also pregnant. A friend suggested finding a chiro and somehow i ended up here.. which was the best thing that happened to me. From the beginning Dr John and his team have been nothing but helpful, thoughtful, and caring. I've only been seeing them for a month and feel 99% better. I'd be more keen to say 100% if I wasn't 30+ weeks pregnant so we'll leave room for that vs the pregnancy continuing to change my body. Before coming here, I would have to sit down all the time between doing tasks at home which is quite difficult when you have toddlers to look after. I truly feel myself again. Dr. Gehnrich, Dr.Deb and Dr. Alex are all consummate perfessionals. I came the Rhino Chiropractic with sever back and knee pain as a result of my pelvis being noticeably uneven. After 6 months of sessions the Doctors have helped decrese the uneveness in my hips and the knee pain has stopped completly. I have even noticed an increse in my lung capacity which is important for me as a Singer. All in all I am very happy with the care I received and I have recommened them to others as well.

When I came to Dr. John, I can barely walk due to lower back pain that took my breath away with every movement. Dr. John got my diagnosis right on the first visit. He performed an initial adjustment, cold laser therapy, and tons of very good advise to manage the pain without drugs, It worked wonders. I was able to walk with tolerable pain afterwards. A week later, I was walking, climbing stairs, and moving about minimal pain. On the second week, the crippling pain was a memory.

I went 2 times a week for a year or so and then 1 time a week for about 6 months. I never had any more back pain and it stayed that way until i was about 50. Dr. John Gehnrich is an amazingly kind doctor. He helped me so much with my mid-back pain. I feel better now than all of my adolescence! The staff is also extremely kind and personable (shoutout to Dr. Alex). The office is lovely and has a very homey vibe. Also no visit would be complete without a heartfelt farewell from Dr. John himself. My only setback is that this place only operates during the week! Greatly wish it was closer to home so I could come during weekends which are my off hours. Will definitely try to come back!
